Hellas-E, a high precision vacuum exposure unit was especially designed for photoresist films. Short exposure times for high-precision reproduction of finest details can be achieved by the use of 6 super actinic 18 watt UV tubes, with the powerful continuous duty vacuum pump and the fixed profiled anti static vacuum frame.
The anti-static vacuum mylar membrane guarantees a bubble-free vacuum. Special reflectors will ensure uniform illumination of the entire area.
