RHEOZAN® RHEOZAN® SH: Hetero-polysaccharide produced by pure fermentation of Agrobacterium tumefaciens, purified by recovery with isopropanol, dried and milled. Thickening and stabilizing hydrocolloid giving aqueous solution of high viscosity and high yield value even at low Pseudo-plastic non thixotropic behavior. This grade cannot be used in pharmaceutical applications.
