NATERNAL® EXEL provides good substantivity together with no bulid up on hair. It allows development of transparent foaming formulations, thanks to its good compatibility with anionic and amphoteric surfactants commonly used in personlas care products. Ideal for transparent or opaque conditioning shampoos and cream rinses for coloured or damaged hair. Recommended use levels: 0,1-0,3%
