Hydrokon is a hydrographic blank film made in the USA. This high quality, customizable and easy to use film is great for any hydrodipping project! Hydrokon's unique clear backing makes visualizing your finished product a breeze.
In just six easy steps, you can get the perfect result with Hydrokon:
1. Print your custom design
2. Cut film to size and remove the clear backer
3. Place film on warm water, printed side up
4. Spray activator
5. Dip at a 45° angle
6. Rinse
Benefits:
- Blank PVA film for Water Transfer Printing on a clear polyester backing
- The polyester backing allows the film to lay absolutely flat for printing and also allows for easy, consistent backer removal (unlike films with paper backing)
- Conforms to 'standard' soak conditions of 90F water and 60 seconds soak time
- With built-in fluorescent indicator in the PVA, which glows under a blacklight, removing the guesswork from PVA removal
