The Swedish Vendico Group, consisting of Vendico Chemical AB, Inventicon AB and Omni International AB, was founded in 1994. The intention was to create a leading distribution and service company for Personal Care, Home Care, I&I as well as specialty chemicals for other technical applications like Coatings, Plastics and Polymers in the Nordic market, offering high quality raw materials at reasonable prices and providing a high level of technical support, as well as fast and secure deliveries through sufficient stocks, and efficient, fast and reliable customer service and logistics. 

HARKE GROUP acquired the Vendico Group in July 2025.
