With various dextrose equivalents (28 DE, 42 DE, 60 DE), it offers flexible application options - from baked goods to drinks and baby food. The rice syrup is ideal for sugar reduction and is an excellent sugar alternative without fructose. It is naturally gluten-free, vegan and hypoallergenic. Thanks to its pleasant sweetness and functional properties (e.g. as a binding agent or humectant), it is also convincing in industrial applications.
