CarboNext 20 has been designed with engineered morphology having very high level of purity and is characterised with low surface area. This carbon black has been developed in line with PCBL’s ongoing commitment of providing cutting edge solutions to our Partners.
CarboNext 20 provides high filler loading capability with ultra-high filler dispersion in rubber compounds, which benefits a high extrusion rate with minimised surface defect of the extrudates when compared with conventional N500, N600, N700 ASTM grade carbon blacks.
CarboNext 20 grade carbon black is perfect selection for the extruded rubber products where superior filler dispersion, smooth surface appearance of the rubber products are the desired phenomena. It provides improved surface smoothness and filler dispersion in rubber compound in comparison with different ASTM soft grade carbon black with equivalent compound hardness.
