The automatic ImageBlast 1600 - 2600 series sandblasting systems have been specially developed for the fully automatic sandblasting of large flat glass surfaces. The systems are designed so that both individual pieces and large series of glass, stone and metal can be processed quickly, easily and productively.
The combination of high-quality components, technical features, compact design and low price level make the ImageBlast series blasting systems an attractive alternative for finishing companies with the highest quality requirements.
As the crowning glory of our ImageBlast system, these systems are particularly suitable for use with our patented, photo-technical sandblasting films such as R-Series, UltraPro and RapidMask. Create your own sandblast surfaces quickly and easily!
All models offer a wide range of options and can be individually adapted to your requirements.
A demonstration unit of the HARKE ImageBlast 1600A is installed at our site in Bochum and can be viewed and tested at any time!
Standard Key Features:
- Entry and Exit conveyor with 200cm each (length is adjustable if necessary)
- Robust construction allows to load machine with pieces up to 40mm thickness
- Soft brushes on the conveyor structure to avoid scratches
